Quick Rundown:
Seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Recruiter Level I to support our recruitment efforts. This position is critical to ensuring that we attract and hire top talent for various roles within the organization. As a Recruiter Level I, you will assist in the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, performing candidate screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your role will also include email and calendar management to facilitate the smooth scheduling of interviews and meetings.
What You'll Do:
Recruitment Support
- Assist with the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to post-interview follow-up.
- Screen resumes and applications, identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial outreach.
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage interview calendars, confirmations, and recruitment-related appointments.
- Assist with candidate onboarding and document collection.
- Accurately enter and maintain candidate and recruitment data.
- Organize and manage recruitment files and documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to hiring managers and the HR team.
- Support office organization and ensure recruitment resources are readily available.
- Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress and hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle candidate and employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or recruitment (healthcare or home care recruitment is a plus).
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software is preferred.
- Skilled in email and calendar management, including interview scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, approachable, and able to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
