Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This role focuses on invoice coding and entry, processing work orders and corporate bill backs, auditing past-due vendor bills, and handling general administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and eager to grow in an accounting support role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Code and enter vendor bills accurately into the accounting system

  • Process work orders and corporate bill backs in a timely and accurate manner

  • Audit past-due bills received from vendors and verify charges, dates, and supporting documentation

  • Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances to ensure records are up to date

  • Assist with resolving billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and vendors

  • Maintain organized accounting files and documentation (digital and physical)

  • Perform administrative duties related to accounting and operations, including data entry and record maintenance

  • Support additional accounting and administrative functions as assigned


What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles

  • Ability to code invoices and enter financial data accurately

  • Comfortable reviewing and auditing billing records for accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred

  • Entry-level candidates or individuals with 1–2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience are encouraged to apply
