Position Title: Program Coordinator

Work Set Up: Onsite

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 PHP a month

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support program management, client services, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of program projects, coordinating with vendors and warehouses, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and accurate execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Program Management and Client Experience teams with day-to-day operations

  • Manage the full lifecycle of program projects, including promotions, reorders, and group buys

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and warehouses on assigned programs

  • Coordinate inventory updates, order status, backorders, and stock allocations

  • Handle customer service inquiries, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and credit memos

  • Liaise daily with warehouse, logistics, and freight partners (including international shipments)

  • Process invoices, manage inventory reports, and validate promotional entries

  • Maintain accurate records and perform general project and administrative tasks

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality, timelines, and client expectations are met

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflows, and client solutions
