Position Title: Sales Assistant

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team by keeping processes running smoothly and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role focuses on BDR-style support (likely excluding cold phone calling), sales operations, research, and deal coordination. You will play a critical role in helping our sales team stay focused on closing deals while you manage follow-ups, data hygiene, and operational execution. This is an execution-heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, process, and enabling others to perform at a high level.

What You’ll Do:

Business Development Support (little Cold Calling)

  • Manage email follow-ups and outbound sequences

  • Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach and prospect engagement

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars

  • Support prospect nurturing through consistent follow-up

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Maintain HubSpot hygiene, including CRM updates and pipeline management

  • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity

  • Handle invoicing support and sales-related documentation

  • Perform ongoing data cleanup and deduplication

  • Maintaining forecasting models

Research & List Building

  • Conduct account and contact research

  • Build and maintain prospect lists

  • Add personalization for outreach efforts

  • Support segmentation and targeting initiatives

Deal & Pipeline Support

  • Track deal follow-ups and next steps

  • Conduct pre-call research and preparation

  • Prepare call notes and summaries

  • Ensure post-call action items are executed on time

General Organization & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars and scheduling logistics

  • Track tasks and deadlines across sales activities

  • Keep sales processes organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized

  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Comfortable working in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

  • Experience using Clay or similar enrichment tools

  • Familiar with sales outreach and sequencing tools

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred

  • Experience in benefits or HR tech is a plus

  • Clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM and pipeline data

  • Consistent follow-ups with no missed opportunities

  • Clear view and system for managing invoicing and accounts receivable

  • Sales team time freed up from administrative and operational tasks

  • Smooth handoffs and clear next steps throughout the sales process
