Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to support daily operations for a U.S.-based home healthcare provider. This role focuses on client and caregiver communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative support to ensure a high level of service quality and a positive client experience.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, caregivers, and families
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve concerns professionally
Support intake, onboarding, and scheduling of caregivers
Manage schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute changes
Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and documentation
Assist with recruitment coordination and new hire communication
Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and quality of service
Support team initiatives and continuous service improvement
What We’re Looking For:
1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles
Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/scheduling tools
Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. hours
Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare or home care agencies
Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management systems
Basic knowledge of HIPAA or data privacy standards
