Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Expediting Specialist to monitor unshipped and unbilled orders, ensure timely follow-ups with suppliers, and support customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. This role plays a key part in maintaining order accuracy, resolving shipping issues, and ensuring invoices are processed efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Track and follow up on unshipped and unbilled orders using internal systems and Excel
Contact suppliers to confirm ship dates and resolve order or shipping issues
Respond to customer and sales inquiries related to order status and delays
Maintain and manage shared inbox and order follow-up systems daily
Monitor prepay and rush orders, ensuring timely updates and coordination with billing
Generate reports and track aging purchase orders to ensure timely processing
Research and resolve discrepancies related to orders, billing, and production schedules
Communicate supplier updates, backorders, and issues to internal teams
Ensure timely invoicing and follow-through on order completion
Contribute to process improvements and support team workflow
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel (intermediate skills a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Team player with a proactive mindset
