Work Set Up: Onsite
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The Desktop Support Engineer 1 provides entry-level technical support to internal staff by assisting with hardware, software, anAd basic network-related issues. This role focuses on frontline technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to desktop and end-user support requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Install, configure, and update standard software applications
Set up desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Assist users with login, password resets, and basic access concerns
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Desktop Support Engineer 2 or senior team members
Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, solutions, and procedures
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
Provide basic user training on hardware and software usage
