Quick Rundown:
The Maintenance Coordinator will be the central hub for all maintenance requests, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and smooth coordination between residents, vendors, and our management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and keeping operations running seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
Receive, log, and prioritize maintenance requests from residents and staff
Schedule and coordinate work orders with vendors and maintenance staff
Track progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vendor invoices
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents regarding repair timelines
Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and compliance requirements
Support property managers with inspections and vendor relations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
Experience in property management or maintenance coordination a plus
Proficiency with scheduling software, email, and record-keeping systems
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and resident satisfaction
