Position Title: Admin Safety Custodian

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Shifting)

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Admin Safety Custodian is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment across company facilities. This role ensures that all safety standards, housekeeping practices, and regulatory requirements are consistently implemented to prevent accidents, protect company assets, and promote employee well-being.


What You’ll Do:

1. Workplace Safety Monitoring

  • Conduct daily safety inspections of work areas, facilities, and equipment

  • Identify hazards and unsafe practices, and report immediately

  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and government regulations

  • Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

2. Housekeeping & Facility Cleanliness

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all assigned areas

  • Implement and monitor 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

  • Ensure walkways, exits, and emergency routes are always clear

  • Coordinate waste disposal and sanitation processes


3. Safety Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain safety checklists, inspection logs, and incident reports

  • Assist in safety audits and compliance checks

  • Ensure proper signage and safety labels are in place

  • Report violations and recommend corrective actions


4. Emergency Preparedness

  • Assist in fire drills, evacuation procedures, and emergency response planning

  • Ensure availability and functionality of fire extinguishers and emergency equipment

  • Support incident response during emergencies


5. Asset Protection Support

  • Monitor company assets to prevent damage, loss, or misuse

  • Report suspicious activities or security concerns

  • Assist in implementing asset protection policies


6. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with Facilities, HR, and Operations teams on safety concerns

  • Provide safety reminders and awareness to employees

  • Assist in safety training and orientation programs


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least Senior High School or College level (preferably related to Safety, Engineering, or Facilities Management)

  • With experience in safety, housekeeping, or facilities is an advantage

  • Knowledge of basic occupational safety standards (DOLE OSH) is optional

  • Physically fit and able to perform inspections and monitoring
