Position Title: Technology Project Manager

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead project execution, maintain project plans, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives. This role bridges business and technical teams by facilitating meetings, documenting clear requirements, tracking progress, and proactively identifying risks while driving solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate project meetings, not just attend them, and lead them when needed

• Maintain a master project plan and open items log in ClickUp, keeping both current and actionable

• Track owners, due dates, and dependencies, and identify delays before they become problems

• Nudge people toward their commitments without creating friction or going over heads

• Document requirements well enough that developers can act without guessing

• Translate between business and technical teams

• Surface problems early with a recommended path forward, not just a status update

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong facilitator who can keep a meeting on track with senior stakeholders and developers in the same room, focused but not rigid, allowing the right conversations to happen without losing the thread

• BA instincts: you understand process, ask the right questions, and document clearly

• PM discipline: nothing slips because you lost track of it

• Comfortable in messy, fast-moving environments where priorities shift

• Strong English communication, written and verbal

• US hours overlap required

• ERP implementation experience

• Familiarity with order-to-cash processes

• PMP or similar certification not required

• We do not run a rigid scrum process, but experience with agile is a plus
