Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Work Set Up: On-Site

Salary: 13,000 PHP - 15,000PHP a month

Schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Administrative Assistant for the Finance Department provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily finance activities. This role assists various finance sub-teams—including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and General Accounting—by handling documentation, coordination, and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of supporting a fast-paced finance environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support AP, AR, Treasury, and General Accounting teams with routine administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required financial documents and information.

  • Assist in monitoring deadlines, pending approvals, and document follow-ups.

  • Help organize month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial schedules and audit requirements.

  • Maintain office supplies and materials needed by the Finance Department.

  • Assist in organizing audit files and supporting documents when required.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

  • Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic finance documents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or related field (preferred but not required).

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience; exposure to finance or accounting is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
