Position Title: Junior E- Commerce Assistant

Work Set Up: Onsite

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 PHP a month

Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Working under general supervision of the E-Commerce Manager, this role focuses on website setup within CMS platforms, product data management and content accuracy for the build, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of small, entry-level websites. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to develop hands-on experience in e-commerce, CMS platforms, and digital project delivery within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create entry-level ecommerce websites, including two different site types
  • Build websites by following a task list and copying and adapting pre-designed templates
  • Configure layouts, content, products, and basic site settings using website builders or CMS tools
  • Make minor adjustments to existing code (e.g. HTML/CSS) when required—no custom coding expected
  • Follow documented processes and design guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Support ongoing updates and basic site maintenance
  • Manage daily e-commerce activities across multiple platforms (product listings, pricing and catalog updates)
  • Update and maintain product information, images, and descriptions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot website issues internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
  • Maintain data integrity in spreadsheets and internal tools



What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy; comfortable navigating multiple websites and software tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn; comfortable with change and new systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

  • Adaptability and a good memory; capable of multitasking across various platforms and processes.

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales operations.

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
