Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance, Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to manage finance processes, operational reporting, administrative tasks, and customer service escalation handling. This role requires strong finance knowledge, high-level organizational skills, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders professionally.
What You'll Do:
Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting using QuickBooks and Sage Online
Monitor accounts receivable, track payments and expenditures, and manage debt collection processes
Handle customer service escalations, driver coordination, and supplier communications via phone and email
Provide professional and efficient support to customers, internal teams, and operational staff
Prepare detailed reports including financial reports, transport compliance reports, and operational call logs
Provide executive assistant support including coordination, scheduling, and administrative oversight
Process and monitor orders using RJLAsap and internal systems
Oversee job closure processes and ensure required purchase orders (POs) are requested and completed
Organize and maintain compliance files, scanned documents, and operational records
Support continuous improvement of finance, admin, and customer service processes
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and debt management
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Online, and similar systems
Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
Ability to manage escalations and work in a fast-paced operational environment
