Position Title: Oracle Functional Consultant

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

You'll work with experienced consultants to help deliver Oracle solutions to our clients. This role gives you hands-on experience and lets you contribute to projects that help companies manage their finances and operations better.

What You'll Do:

• Help gather and document what clients need, focusing on their finance and budgeting challenges.
• Support the setup and configuration of Oracle Applications and help with data integrations.
• Work with senior team members to customize Oracle apps to fit client needs following best practices.
• Help test the system, solve problems, and train users to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Provide support for Oracle solutions after they go live, answering questions and fixing issues.
• Work together with other teams to deliver great results for clients.
• Keep learning about new Oracle updates and best ways to use them

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience or knowledge in finance, accounting, planning, or budgeting software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to work remotely.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
• Must have experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with Netsuite, Peoplesoft, or JD Edwards is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and programming.
• Skills in gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing, and training for Oracle Cloud.
